Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect usage

  • Delayed results

  • Mild scent dissatisfaction

  • Change of mind
